These terms govern your use of resultspot.com. By browsing the site, commenting, subscribing or contacting us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

What this site is

ResultSpot publishes reference information about examinations, date sheets, admissions and entry tests in Pakistan. It is an independent website. It is not affiliated with any board, university or government body, and nothing published here is an official notification. The disclaimer forms part of these terms and explains this in more detail.

Using the site

You may read, print and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. You may not:

  • copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site, including in bulk, on another website or in a product;
  • scrape or harvest content automatically, or use the site to train or feed a commercial dataset, without written permission;
  • attempt to gain access to administrative areas, other users’ accounts, or any part of the site you are not authorised to use;
  • interfere with the operation of the site, including by flooding it with requests, probing it for vulnerabilities, or introducing malicious code;
  • use the site in a way that breaks the law, infringes someone else’s rights, or misleads other readers.

Reasonable, rate-limited automated access by search engines and public archives is welcome. If you want to use our data at scale, ask us first.

Content and ownership

The text, layout, design and original graphics on this site belong to ResultSpot. Board and university names, logos and seals belong to those institutions and are used only for identification. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

You keep ownership of anything you post in a comment. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and moderate it on the site, and to quote it when responding to a correction request.

Comments and user contributions

Comments are moderated. We remove content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, spam, an advertisement, or that contains another person’s personal information — including a roll number, CNIC number or phone number that does not belong to you. Please do not post your own roll number either; there is no reason for it to be public.

Posts that claim to offer results, marks changes, rechecking help or admission guarantees for payment will be removed and reported. We do not verify claims made in comments, and views expressed there are those of the person posting them, not of ResultSpot.

We may edit comments for length or clarity, close comments on older pages, and block repeat offenders.

External links

The site links to board portals and other third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following a link means you are subject to that site’s terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the site online and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, during extremely heavy traffic around result announcements, or because of problems outside our control.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all such warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResultSpot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of marks, admission, opportunity, data or profit, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site — even if we have been told such loss is possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

If your use of the site, or content you submit, causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The current version always applies, and the review date below tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
